The Government of Himachal Pradesh (HP) and HP Infrastructure Development Board (HPIDB) have launched a tender under Public Private Partnership (PPP) for the construction of four car park complexes in the state at Mcleodganj (Dharamshala), Dharamshala, Hamirpur and Rohroo.

The selected bidder will be responsible for the following:

• Design, Finance and Construction of the Parking Complex.
• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Parking Complex.
• Installation of necessary equipments for efficient operations of Parking Complex.
• Deployment of adequate trained staff for Operation, Maintenance and Traffic Management.
• All revenue collections including parking fees, advertising revenues, any other user charges for amenities provided in the Complex etc. and revenue from the commercial area.
• Also has an option to develop the commercial area

The last date for Bid Submission for all sites is 16 August 2013.
