Town of Windsor in Colorado, USA has launched a request for information (RFI) seeking interested parties to expand enhanced broadband services in the Town. The authority will consider responses proposing all technologies and solutions including, but not limited to, the development of a fiber-to-home network.
Windsor is a home rule charter with a current population of more than 38,000 residents that operates under a Board-Manager form of government, with the Town Board being comprised of a Mayor and 6 members for each of the town’s 6 districts.
