Coventry City Council has launched a tender process to select a joint venture partner (JV Partner) for the development and improvement of care services in Coventry, UK. The maximum estimated value of this joint venture is GBP150 million (US$203.4 million).
The JV partner will develop, build and operate responding solutions starting with the first facility as the Initial Project. It will be built at the 5ac site at Browns Lane, Coventry. The project will be implemented as part of wider residential development and will comprise a care home for older people with nursing care and specialist care for older people living with dementia or physical disabilities/frailty. The facility will also accommodate a Housing with Care (HWC) scheme for older people who are able to live independently.
