Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) has requested Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the private sector for the Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) of a student housing facility.

The purpose of this EOI is to explore potential solutions that can assist the University in achieving its objective of expanding the availability of affordable student housing for TMU students.
