The Urban Development Corporation (SAU) has issued a tender for the development of the new headquarters of the Firefighting and Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SIAMU-DBDMH) of the Brussels-Capital Region.
The scope of the project involves the development of a 46,000 m2 facility which includes emergency service, administrative rooms and rest and living quarters for the duty teams. It will be supplemented by 4,000m² of outdoor facilities. The site chosen for the establishment of the barracks is located on a parcel of the Port Business Park with an area of approximately 17,500m², bordered by public and private roads.
