The City of Nuremberg has launched a tender process seeking an interested consultant for the development of a new school in Nuremberg, Germany.
The selected consultant will provide technical and economic consulting services as well as overall coordination and project control of the award procedure for the Tiefes Feld school PPP project. As part of a public-private partnership, the city of Nuremberg intends to build a new educational facility consisting of a 6-class high school, a primary school and several outdoor sports areas.
The structural implementation is currently planned from 2025, and the commissioning of the facilities for schools and sports is expected for the school year 2027/28. The PPP project will include planning, construction, financing and building management over a period of 25 years.
