The City of Lehrte has launched a tender for consulting services for the new grammar school PPP project in Lehrte- Mitte, Germany.
The project involves the construction of a new building for the Lehrte grammar school at the Friedrichstrasse in three phases. The first two phases will be implemented as part of a PPP model and have an estimated investment of EUR62 million (US$71.67 million).
The selected consultant will be assigned to a team of consultants to support the authority and will be responsible for the following services: overall coordination, processing of proceedings, procurement management, construction and technical advice, economic advice, planning and construction-accompanying controlling as well as participation in the drafting of a contract.
