The South Tyneside Council has launched the tender process seeking a private provider for the development of 3 Extra Care schemes in South Tyneside, the UK.
The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, build, management and finance of the care facilities project with the estimated investment of GBP30 million (USD40.64 million). The facilities will consist of an integrated secure dementia support area, garden space as well as a mix of community accessible and resident-only spaces. The project will cover the following three sites:
