The City of Conroe has issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of a mixed-use complex in Texas, USA.
Located on an approximately 77-acre parcel on the site of the Owen Theatre parking lot, the project aims to serve commercial/residential use and includes multi-level parking. The goal is to develop a complex, which creates economic revitalization and generates additional investment and development in the Downtown.
New construction makes Downtown Conroe an attractive location for business and investment, as well as for arts, cultural, and community events. Close to residential neighborhoods, Downtown Conroe is easily pedestrian and bike-friendly.
The deadline to submit the responses is December 09, 2021. More information about this business opportunity is available here.
