The city of Brussels in Belgium has launched a tender notice seeking technical consultant for mixed-use building infrastructure development. The site is located at street Rue des Grands Carmes 20-28. The concession involves the development of a minimum of 8 housing units, 4 shops, and premises for equipment of collective interest.
The selected consultant will provide multidisciplinary study comprising architecture, stability, PEB, special techniques, and survey aimed at the restoration, renovation, and reassignment of a set of classified and unclassified buildings. The contract amount for the project is EUR3.68 million (USD4.16 million).
