Tender issued for development of buildings PPP project in Italy
Metropolitan Venezia in Italy has launched a tender notice seeking a private partner to take over the development and management of government buildings located in the municipality of San Donà di Piave. The estimated investment value for the concession is EUR90.70 million (US$102.42 million).
The private partner will be responsible for the creation and management of a single urban regeneration intervention program for the recovery and re-functionalization which will help in necessary forms and methods of intervention.
