Tender issued for High-Speed Broadband PPP project in USA
The City of Moline in Illinois, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a private partner to provide a high-speed broadband network to all premises located within the city as well as future Rock Island Arsenal and other annexed areas. The network will provide broadband internet service with best-in-class offerings, including an offer of at least 1 Gbps download and upload.
The selected private partner will be responsible for building, operating, and maintaining a fiber network and other network assets.
