The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA) has issued a tender seeking a legal advisor to assist in various legal matters during the development of Finland's Embassy in Tokyo, Japan.
MFA is preparing the project aiming at a public-private partnership with a real estate development company (the developer) that will finance, plan, construct and manage the residential portion of the new premises of the Embassy.

In addition, the scope may cover other tasks requiring expertise in local real estate and construction law that may arise in connection to the above-mentioned tasks. The value of the contract is approximately EUR0.30 million (USD0.33 million).
