The Department of Defence in Australia has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) notice seeking a private partner to provide housing units at Randwick Barracks in Sydney.

The scope of works involves planning, designing, constructing, financing, and delivering the ongoing operations for around 991 contemporary live-in accommodation (LIA) units. The private partner will provide innovative design solutions which meet the authority's requirements. The concession intends to provide a long-term, consolidated LIA solution for Sydney.
