Waterways and Shipping Office of Neckar in Germany has launched a tender process looking for developers interested in the Building yard PPP project located in Heilbronn.
The selected partner will be responsible for the planning, construction and provision of operational services, such as the maintenance of the buildings and facilities. The project will be located on a new site and will be completely redesigned to meet nowadays requirements. A building yard represents a company, which maintains, cares and repairs structural systems of the waterway and shipping administration. It includes offices, social rooms, workshops and various warehouses and open spaces as well as special hydraulic structures (slipway, jetty). The Heilbronn building yard houses 64 employees.
The scope of services of the contractor includes the new construction of the building, the structural fittings and technical systems in addition to the creation of the associated outdoor facilities and open spaces.
