The Government of Maranhão in Brazil has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a technical consultant to provide advisory services for the Barreirinhas Airport concession. The project will see improvement in airport infrastructure and completion of pending works to receive full operational certification.

The consultant will help the authority in structuring the concession contract and suggest the options to complete the pending construction works. The Barreirinhas airport will serve as critical infrastructure to boost travel and the related economy.
