The City of San José has launched a Request for Proposal for the development of the Airport Connector PPP project in San Jose. The project involves the construction and development of a scalable Transit Solution that connects SJC to Diridon Station in Downtown San José.
The City's aim is to align the Project schedule with the SJC Capital Improvement Program and Diridon Station capital improvement schedule. The City seeks to work with a Developer(s) to identify whether a public/private partnership can facilitate delivery of the Project at a faster pace and at a reduced cost to the City than under a traditional method of delivery.
