Tender for car park launched in Anderlecht
The Brussels Regional Public Service (SPRB) has launched a tender process to seek developers for a car park in Anderlecht, one of the municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region (Belgium).
The projects involves the design, implementation and financing of a car park with a minimum capacity of 1300 car spaces. The car park will be developed on a site of approximately 21,800 m2 located in the municipality of Anderlecht, between Mons road and the junction of Ring O, near the metro station CERIA.
The duration of the contract is 18 months.
The buildings must be made available to the contracting authority on June 30 2018 at the latest.
The deadline for submitting proposals is November 15 and the documents to participate must be drawn up in French or in Dutch.
