Surat seeks PPP advisor for Sports project

Surat Municipal Corporation has launched an Expresion of Interest (EOI) for the development of the international standard Outdoor Games Stadium on PPP mode in Surat.

Surat with its population reaching 4.5 million has been one of the fastest growing cities in India. The objective is to provide with a national and international gaming facility to sports persons from the city and south Gujarat.

The scope of this assignment will cover following

  • Carrying out feasibility study to assess the various technical, institutional and financial aspects for setting up of international standard Outdoor Games Stadium on PPP mode in Surat.
  • Preparation of bid documents to select a private player to Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain proposed international level Outdoor Games Stadium on PPP mode.
  • Carrying out bid process management and selection of the private player and assist SMC till signing of the Concession Agreement with the private player.
  • Preparation of bid documents and carrying out the bid process to select an Independent Engineer/ Consultant to monitor the PPP Project executed and managed by the private player.

Interested bidders must submit  the documents of the EOI before May 10th at 17:00 (local time).
