Squire Sanders adds Roderick Devlin as  P3 Counsel in New York

Squire Sanders announced yesterday the arrival of a seasoned infrastructure and public-private partnership (P3) lawyer Roderick Devlin to the firm. Mr. Devlin, who joins as of Counsel, was previously at Greenberg Traurig and will be resident in the New York office.

Commenting on the appointment, Bruce Gabriel, practice leader for Squire Sanders' Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice Group, said,

He has been actively involved in many of the most significant US P3 projects of recent years, including the Northwest Corridor Project in Georgia, the North Tarrant Express in Texas, the East End Crossing (Ohio River Bridges Project) in Kentucky/Indiana, the Goethals Bridge Project in New York/New Jersey, the Atlanta Multi Modal Passenger Terminal (MMPT) in Georgia, the Knik Arm Bridge Project in Alaska, the Presidio Parkway (Doyle Drive) Project in California and the JFK International Airport Terminal 4 P3 project in New York.
