SNC Lavalin announces new appointments in transport advisory division

SNC-Lavalin has announced the additions of Andrew Moore, Principal Consultant, and Eloise Callaghan, Senior Consultant, to the Transformation team of its Transport Advisory division (formerly Interfleet Transport Advisory).

Andrew and Eloise have assumed the roles of Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant respectively. Based in SNC-Lavalin’s London office, the pair will be instrumental in expanding Transport Advisory’s expertise in railway operations, programme management and franchise bidding and mobilisation.

Andrew has spent the last 25 years of his career in the rail sector. Most recently, he was Head of Major Projects for East Midlands Trains (EMT). Previously, he held several high profile positions within EMT, Northern Rail and Arriva Trains Wales.

Eloise joined SNC-Lavalin from Arriva UK Trains, where she was Programme Coordinator for the Bid team. She was involved in a number of successful bids, including the Northern Franchise bid and London Overground Concession bid. Eloise also worked on the Northern and London Overground mobilisations. Marianne Kilpatrick, UK Director for Transport Advisory, said:

“SNC-Lavalin Transport Advisory has three key areas of expertise; Transport Planning, Transformation and Transaction. Andrew and Eloise have come on board during an exciting period of growth for our Transformation team. Both bring unique skills and experience to the company, which add strength and depth to our business transformation offering.”
