Simmons & Simmons expands its International Projects Team

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its projects team with the appointment Simon Moore who joins the firm today as a partner.

Simon joins the firm from Mubadala Development Company, where he was General Counsel for Projects across all Mubadala businesses globally. Prior to that Simon was a partner at Osborne Clarke

While Simon’s practice covers all aspects of international projects, he also specialises in real estate, infrastructure, construction and renewables matters

Simon is the fourth new partner to the firm this month following the appointments of Felix Biedermann in Frankfurt, and Jeroen Bos and Erwin Bos who both joined the firm’s office in Amsterdam.

Commenting on the Simon's appointment, partner and head of the firm’s international projects group, Richard Dyton said:

"Simon’s arrival is a significant enhancement to our projects group. His extensive experience in the Middle East, and knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure and construction will be invaluable to our international practice. Clients will benefit greatly from an even stronger team with the capability and reputation to provide the full service of international projects requirements."
