Accelerate Maryland Partners LLC has announced the shortlist based on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for the design and construction of Phase 1 South of Maryland’s New American Legion Bridge I-270 Traffic Relief Plan in the USA.
The selected three Respondents will advance into the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage and are the following:
The winner team will be awarded the Design and Construction Contractor (D&C Contractor) for the Phase 1 South which includes the segment from I-495 from the vicinity of the George Washington Memorial Parkway replacing the American Legion Bridge to I-270, and I-270 from I-495 to I-370 of the project.
Accelerate Maryland Partners LLC is led by Transurban and Macquarie Capital and is the developer responsible for overseeing predevelopment work on the American Legion Bridge I-270 to I-70 Relief Plan, selected by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
