Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has received
seven bids for the "Transversal del Sisga" Sisga - Aguaclara road PPP project part of the 4G Concessions Program.The seven teams that have bid for the project are the following:
- Promesa de Sociedad Futura Transversal del Sisga: Solarte Nacional de Construcciones SAS Sonacol 25%; Construcciones Rubau Sucursal Colombia 25%; Pavimentar SA 25% and SP Ingenieros SAS con 25%.
- Icein Ingenieros Constructores SAS: 100%.
- Infraestructura Vial para Colombia: Cass Constructores 37.5%. Carlos Alberto Solarte 37.5%; Estyma SA 10%; Latinoamericana de Construcciones 10% and Alca Ingeniería SAS 5%.
- Estructura Plural Pavimentos Colombia e Industrias Asfálticas: Pavimentos Colombia SAS 99% and Industria Asfáltica SAS 1%.
- Infracon SAS, Infraestructura Concesionada: 100%.
- PSF Concesión Vial Valle de Tenza: Sergio Torres Reátiga 25%; Concretos y Asfaltos SA 25%; Profit Banca de Inversión 10%; ICM Ingenieros SA 20%; Termotecnica SA 5% and Unica SAS 15%.
The project is scheduled to be awarded on 25 May this year.
The project involves the upgrade and maintenance of a 137 km road between Sisga and Aguaclara. The concession period will be 27 years, 4 years for construction works and the remaining 23 years for operation and maintenance.
The total project investment is estimated at P529 billion (US$210.2 million).
