Senegal seeks operators for Dakar BRT PPP

The Government of Senegal has launched a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) in order to select a qualified developer to construct and operate a bus rapid transit (BRT) PPP project in Dakar.

The project will comprise a 18.3 Km bus rapid transit (BRT) system which will serve the peripheral areas of Dakar and will improve mobility in dense areas of the agglomeration.

This tender process is in line with the Government's policy on restructuring the transport network by 2025.

The deadline for submitting the EOI documents is on January 20, 2017.
