Saskatchewan seeks interest for college affordable housing P3
The government of Saskatchewan, Canada, has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for the Southeast College Affordable Housing PPP project.
The project will contain student and non-student rental housing units for the Southeast College Estevan Campusand / Saskatchewan Energy Training Institute (SETI) and residents of Estevan.
The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis.
Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest on or before 29 June 2015.
Saskatchewan is a prairie province in Canada, which has a total area of 651,900 km² and a land area of 592,534 km². Estevan is the eighth largest city in Saskatchewan. It is located approximately 16 km north of the Canada-United States border.
We have recently reported that Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions LLC reached financial close on the second phase of a new student housing project at the University of Iowa, in the United States.
