The City of Regina is seeking to procure a private sector counterpart to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The Request for Qualifications was opened on 14 May 2013, and the closing date will be on 25 June 2013
At a news conference on Friday Feb. 8th, Regina's Mayor Michael Fougere provided details about a report that recommended a DBFM model.
The city has applied to the federal government for more than C$50 million to help build the facility. The estimated investment will be C$224.3 million
