Russian law firm adds PPP & Construction Head in St. Petersburg

Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev and Partners law firm has appointed Olga Mishchenko as Head of the Construction and PPP practice group in the St. Petersburg office.

Olga Mishchenko specializes in real estate, construction, and infrastructure development, and has worked in a number of projects to create new production facilities in Saint Petersburg and other areas of Russia.

According to a statement released by the firm, Mishchenko has vast experience in conducting independent due diligence for real estate transactions, including the preparation of legal expertise and sales contracts and construction contracts.

She has also advised on plans to create entities on the PPP model and has helped to develop project concepts and tender documentation.

Before joining Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners, Mischenko was a senior lawyer at DLA Piper in St. Petersburg.

Ivan Smirnov, Managing Partner of the St. Petersburg office of Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev and Partners, said:
