Road maintenance PPP launched in north-western Poland

Kamie? County, located in north-western Poland, has launched a tender process for a road maintenance public private partnership (PPP) project.

The concession contract involves the upgrade and maintenance of local roads at Dziwnowska, Mieszka and Boles?awa Chrobrego in Kamie? Pomorski. The 880 m section goes from Szczeci?skiej and Woli?skiej junction to 107 road. The road was developed in 2013 - 2014.

Specifically the project will include, among others:

  • Building and facilities management services.
  • Snow-clearing services.
  • Street-cleaning and sweeping services.
  • Installation of traffic guidance equipment, road lighting equipment and road signs.
  • Construction work for buildings relating to road transport.
  • Road-maintenance works.

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 30 April 2015.

Kamie? Pomorski is a town in northwestern Poland. The town, which is the capital of Kamie? County, has a population of about 10,000 inhabitants.

The City of Warsaw, Poland, has recently issued a tender process for an urban transport PPP project between Mariott Hotel and the Central Station. The project involves the design, construction and operation of three underpasses located near the Central Station. The contract value is estimated at €10 million (US$10.6 million). Interested parties must submit their proposals in Polish on or before 20 April 2015.
