Rio Grande do Norte starts a public consultation for the PPP hospital in Natal
The government of Rio Grande do Norte through Secretaria da Saúde Pública e da Secretaria do Planejamento e das Finanças has started a public consultation for the PPP hospital in Natal.
The public consultation process will take place from 8 April 2013 to 7 May 2013.
The Government is also organizing a public audience on April 26, at the auditorium Escola de Governo Cardeal Dom Eugenio Sales, located in Natal.
The total investment for the project will be €148 million. The term of the concession contract will be 20 years.
Three companies had registered to the Request for Expressions of Interest for the elaboration of the Feasibility studies:1. SM - Assessoria Empresarial e Gestão Hospitalar Ltda.,2. Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S/A3. Construtora Samambaia Ltda.
Finally the government of Rio Grande do Norte has used 100% of the feasibility studies provided by Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S/A.
The PPP contract includes the construction and the operation of non-clinic services of the new traumatology and emergency hospital of Natal.
