RFQ launched for the development of Mixed-use PPP project in USA
The City of Riviera Beach has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Mixed-use development PPP project on Broadway and Blue Heron, USA.
The project involves the development of a new municipal complex on Broadway and a mixed-use development at Blue Heron. The scope of the project includes the following:
- development of a new City Hall, City Library and Administrative Building;
- full reconstruction of Avenue E streetscape south of Blue Heron;
- redevelopment of the approximately 37 ac of the Blue Heron parcels including Civic Center Complex and the Wells Wellness Center facilities;
- and potential construction of competition (athletic) fields and recreational amenities.
