Rwanda Transport Developing Agency (RTDA) has launched a tender seeking a developer for the Lake Kivu ferry service public-private partnership (PPP) project.
The selected partner will be responsible for the development and operation of ferry services on Lake Kivu, Rwanda. Lake Kivu is one of the biggest African lakes on the border between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda. The ferry operation will be done in the territory of Rwanda between the ports of Rubavu, Nkora, Karongi and Rusizi.
