The Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (GOL) through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) has invited Request for Qualification in preparing and submitting Prequalification Applications as part of the Bid Process in connection with the Luang Prabang International Airport PPP Project.
The airport is presently managed by the Lao Airport Authority (LAA). The GOL plans to appoint a Concessionaire for the project's implementation through a competitive bidding process. Interested bidders are invited to submit a Prequalification Application that meets the criteria outlined in this Request for Qualification. Only those who prequalify will be eligible to participate in the later stages of the bidding process.
