RFQ for Wastewater Treatment Plant in Metro Vancouver

The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District has issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant Conveyance P3 project.

The project involves the design, construction and commissioning (including a one year performance period) of new secondary wastewater treatment infrastructure. The project's scope envisages  infrastructure to: convey raw sewage from the LGWWTP (Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant) to the ; convey treated effluent from the NSWWTP (North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant) to the existing outfall at LGWWTP; convey sewage to the Bridge Road Pump Station and NSWWTP; and includes applicable utility re-locations and utility crossings.

The estimated investment for the project is around CAD60 million (US$44 million).

The submission time is: 2:00 p.m. local time in Burnaby on the July 18, 2017.
