The Government of Sindh (GoS) in Pakistan is looking for firm to construct, finance and operate some modern grain bulk storage facilities (BSFs) under a long-term Build-Own-Operate (BOO) through the implementation of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project.
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is acting as the Transaction Advisor for the project.
The Project aims to add approximately 250,000 MT of capacity in the province, which will be tendered together as part of the proposed transaction.

Prequalification Applications Submission Deadline: 10 April 2012

Pre-Bid Conference / Prequalified Bidders Meetings by: 30 May 2012
Final Bidding Documents Issuance: 18 June 2012
Bids Submission Deadline: 30 July 2012
Bids Opening: 31 July 2012
Notification of Award: 31 August 2012
Publication of Award: 7 September 2012
Execution of the Concession Agreement with Successful Bidder: 15 October 2012
