Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Groves Memorial Community Hospital have released a request for proposals (RFP) to develop a new hospital in Aboyne in Ontario (Canada) The new hospital will replace the existing Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus.
As we reported in early March, three teams were pre-qualified and invited to respond to the request for proposals:
The preferred bidder will have to replace the existing Groves Memorial Community Hospital facility in order to have an environment that is up to standard, enhances existing services, and accommodates future growth.Specifically, the project will involve:
The project will be developed on a design, build, and finance (DBF) basis.
