RFP launched for Pointe-Sainte-Charles rail maintenance facility

The Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) and the Agence Métropolitaine de Transport (AMT) have launched the request for proposals (RFP) for the Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance facility P3 project in Montreal.

The four shortlisted teams must submit their proposals before the end of 2014. The preferred bidder is expected to be announced in early 2015. The qualified applicants are:

The project includes the design, build, finance and maintain of a Maintenance facility for commuter trains, located in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montreal.

The Société québécoise des infrastructures, which resulted from the merger of the Société immobilière du Québec and Infrastructure Québec, began operations on November 13th 2013.
