The City of Laramie has invited Requests for Proposals for the North 4th Street Mixed-Use Housing & Commercial Development Project in Wyoming, USA.
The City is looking to collaborate with potential developers, either through the sale of the property or other mutually beneficial agreements, to redevelop this site. The immediate objective is to redevelop the location to address the community's housing and commercial space needs.
