Infrastructure Ontario and Hawkesbury and District General Hospital have launched a request for proposals for the hospital's expansion and redevelopment project.Six companies were prequalified in August:- Bondfield Construction
- EllisDon Corporation
- Healthcare Redevelopment Partners (OHL+Elite Construction)
- M. Sullivan & Son Limited
- PCL Constructors Canada Inc.
- Pomerleau Inc.
- a consolidated ambulatory care centre ,
- an expanded complex continuing care unit,
- a new perioperative department,
- expansion of emergency services,
- additional acute care inpatient beds.
- a new mental health in-patient unit,
- an expanded medical-surgical unit,
- expanded diagnostic services,
- a new operating room.

Infrastructure Ontario has invited consultancy firms to submit proposals to provide facility management advisory services for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital New Facility Project. Quebec announces shortlist for Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance facility in Montreal
The Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) and the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) have announced that four bidders have been qualified for the Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance facility P3 project in Montreal.Qualified applicants are: Consortium EntreTrain Pointe-Saint-Charles: Plenary Group Canada Ltd., Verreault inc., Groupe Aecon Québec Ltée, Dessau inc., Stantec Experts-Conseils Ltée, Groupe Helios, and Gestion d'infrastructures et de services urbains inc. Équipe Centre d'entretien Sébastopol: Fiera Axium Infrastructure Canada II s.e.c., Pomerleau inc., Les services exp. inc., Provencher Roy + Associés Architectes, Pasquin St-Jean et associés, Gannett Fleming, and Société de contrôle Johnson Canada s.e.c.
