The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking to identify firms for the Performance of Expert Professional Planning, Architectural and Engineering Services for the Redevelopment of John F. Kennedy International Airport - Master Plan and Near Term Program Planning.
The winning team will be expected to carry outh a US$5-million Master Plan, within the last 10 years, for a large hub airport serving at least 15 million annual air passengers.
The consultancy works will also include to provide program planning and design services, within the last 15 years, for the development or redevelopment of an international airport (with a construction value of at least US$500 million) serving at least 15 million annual air passengers and containing at least 3 terminals, with at least one terminal exceeding one million square feet.
Interested firms must submit their proposals on or before 2:00 p.m. on August 15, 2017.

John F. Kennedy International Airport, often referred to as Kennedy Airport, or simply JFK, is the primary international airport serving New York City.
