Infrastructure Ontario has closed the request for proposals stage for three shortlisted teams to submit their bids to develop the Grandview Children’s Centre Redevelopment project in Oshawa, Canada.
Based on the request for qualifications process, the following teams- Children’s First Consortium, EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare and Grandview Connection Group, were shortlisted and invited to respond to a request for proposals in May 2021. The selected bidder will be responsible for the design, build and finance of the redevelopment project, which will be a community based paediatric facility supporting an integrated mix of rehabilitation, medical and clinical services, as well as education and research activities.
The successful team is expected to be announced in winter 2022.
