RFI launched for Indiana parking deal

Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) has released a Request for Information (RFI) seeking prospective developers and/or parking facility operators to express their interest for the potential development, management and operation of certain of its parking facilities.

The IFA is looking for creative solutions to meet the state's ongoing parking needs. According to the RFI, the state has a need for additional parking spaces and is interested in understanding how it could benefit from increased operational efficiencies.The IFA is offering respondents an opportunity to propose ideas for development at two parking locations.

Responses for this RFI must be submitted by November 15, 2013.
