Quebec announces shortlist for Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance facility in Montreal The Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) and the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) have announced that four bidders have been qualified for the Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance facility P3 project in Montreal.Qualified applicants are:The project includes the design, build, finance and maintain of a Maintenance facility for commuter trains, located in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montreal.

The contracting authority said that a Request for Proposals is expected for winter 2014.

The Société québécoise des infrastructures, which resulted from the merger of the Société immobilière du Québec and Infrastructure Québec, began operations on November 13th 2013.
