Quaero Capital’s Quaero European Infrastructure Fund has acquired 100% of Frasie from a fund managed by InfraVia Capital Partners.
Frasie is a private company established in France in 1976 to provide water services to industrial customers through the installation, operation and maintenance of on-site water and wastewater treatment plants.
Rubicon acted as financial advisor to Quaero on the acquisition.

Quaero European Infrastructure Fund is a infrastructure fund managed by Quaero Capital. It reached final close on its European Infrastructure Fund at the end of April 2017, hitting its €250 million ($273.2 million) hard cap.
