Quaero Capital acquires 100% of Frasie

Quaero Capital’s Quaero European Infrastructure Fund has acquired 100% of Frasie from a fund managed by InfraVia Capital Partners.

Frasie is a private company established in France in 1976 to provide water services to industrial customers through the installation, operation and maintenance of on-site water and wastewater treatment plants.

Rubicon acted as financial advisor to Quaero on the acquisition.

Sébastien Bourget, Managing Director of Quaero, said:

"We are pleased to add such a high-quality asset to our portfolio that is consistent with our strategy of investing in long-life, stable infrastructure assets.  We are delighted with the outcome and appreciate the efficient process that was run by InfraVia and the advice and assistance provided by the Rubicon team.”

Quaero European Infrastructure Fund is a infrastructure fund managed by Quaero Capital. It reached final close on its European Infrastructure Fund at the end of April 2017, hitting its €250 million ($273.2 million) hard cap.
