Clackamas County has received proposals from eight consortiums for the courthouse PPP project in the USA. Located at Red Soils Campus in Oregon City, the project involves the replacement of a current courthouse by the new one, with the aim to create sufficient and functional space in the building.
The list of bidders, who responded to the request for qualifications (RFQ), includes:
The selected team will be responsible for the design, build, partially finance and maintenance (DBFM) of the new courthouse for a period of 30 years. The new courthouse will be around 250,000 square feet and will feature 16 courtrooms, 20 judicial chambers, an office for the District Attorney, screening areas, administrative space and other facilities. The project has an estimated investment of USD189 million.
