Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) has invited Proposals from reputed & experienced entities from both home and abroad for establishing Naf Tourism Park on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
The total leasable area will encompass approximately 280 acres (113 hectares), with approximately 258 acres (104.4 hectares) situated on NAF island (Jaliardwip), and around 22 acres (8.9 hectares) positioned on the Teknaf side of the NAF river, designated for construction purposes. The primary responsibilities of the Developer entail designing, financing, constructing, marketing, operating, maintaining, and managing the NAF Tourism Park throughout the specified Concession Period.
