Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has issued a Prior information notice (PIN) for the Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services of the MetroLink Project in Dublin, Ireland.

MetroLink is a new/greenfield metro railway to be built and operated in an integrated manner to provide a high speed, high capacity, high frequency, modern and efficient public transport service for people traveling along the Swords/Airport to City Centre corridor in Dublin. 

The Project Delivery Partner will manage various contracts procured by TII by providing:

• Project management, site supervision and contract administration professional services to suit each contract form. 
• The major contracts comprise three geographical civil infrastructure contracts for the design and construction of the tunnels, shafts and portals, shell and core station structures (underground, retained cut and at-grade), viaducts, and related MetroLink civil infrastructure, and
• A public-private partnership contract as a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM ) to appoint a Service Delivery Partner who will provide certain works and the integrated operation and maintenance of the public passenger transport service. 

The purpose of this market consultation is to receive feedback from interested parties on the upcoming Project Delivery Partner tender competition. Any interested parties wishing to respond to this market consultation are required to complete the attached questionnaire in full and send it back to the Contracting Authority via the messaging system associated with this notice. Responses to the questionnaire must be submitted by September 13, 2024.
