Infrastructure Ontario and Sinai Health System has invited four companies to compete for the contract to build and finance Sinai Health System’s redevelopment P3 project at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
As we reported, an open, competitive request for qualifications process RFQ, overseen by Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Sinai Health System, began in August 2015. This process identified four teams with the construction and financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and scope. The prequalified teams invited to bid are Bondfield Construction Company Ltd., EllisDon Capital Inc., PCL Constructors Canada Inc., and Walsh Canada.
The project is a large-scale renovation of several key areas of Mount Sinai Hospital, including:
