Preferred bidder selected for residuals treatment facility PPP in British Columbia

The Hartland Resource Management Group (HRMG) consortium has been named the preferred proponent to develop the Capital Regional District (CRD) residuals treatment facility in British Columbia, Canada. The consortium consists of Bird Construction, Maple Reinders and Synagro Technologies.
