Preferred bidder for Turkish health PPP project

The Minsitry of Health of Turkey announced on June 14th, 2013, that Y?ld?zlar ?n?aat ve Ticaret A.Åž. has been selected as a preferred bidder for the Construction Works and the Provision of Products and Services for the campus of Turkish Public Health Agency & Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency,

The tender commission started a detailed examination on the financial model submitted by Y?ld?zlar ?n?aat ve Ticaret A.Åž and therefore the tender process is still ongoig.

Five other groups had submitted proposals:

  2. YILDIZLAR ?NÅž. and T?C. A.Åž.

  4. YDA ?NÅž. SAN. and T?C. A.Åž.- ?LSAN ?NÅž. TAAH. TURZ. PET. OTO. SAN. and T?C. LTD. ÅžT?.JO?N VENTURE
  5. GARANT? KOZA ?NÅž. SAN. and T?C. A.Åž  (Letter of thanks)

The Project would be covering a health facility with a Consumer Safety Reference Laboratory Building, two Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory Buildings, two Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Analysis and Control Laboratory Buildings, an Analysis and Reference Laboratory Building which has Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3-P3) and Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4-P4) unites, a Bulding of Experimental Animal Production, Testing and Research Unit, Administrative Building of Turkish Public Health Agency, Administrative Building of Turkish Pharmaceuticals And Medical Devices Agency, Data Center, Social Facilities and Technical Facilities.
